The several types of NC lathes available allow us to carry out both second operation and bar machining for small and medium runs or for mass production respectively. The whole workshop is indeed equipped with modern NC lathes fitted with motorized turrets, sub-spindle and automatic bar feeders.

Turning diameter and length ø 400 x 850, equipped with motorized tools and bar pusher. Bar diameter ø 74.

NC lathe Nakamura Supermill

Equipped with bar pusher, motorized tools , sub-spindle Y axis. Bar diameter ø 65.

NC lathe Mori Seiki NL2500

Equipped with motorized tools and Y axis . Bar diameter ø 80.

All NC machine tools are connected by cable to the CAD-CAM 3D software of the technical department.
